Yes, we require appointments. We require a stylist to assist each one of our customers trying on gowns. Only our stylists zip and unzip our gowns to minimize damage to our gorgeous dresses. Therefore, we highly recommend booking a dressing room in advance or calling ahead to reserve a room. You are more than welcome to walk-in without an appointment and look around but you will have to wait until we have a stylist available to assist you to try on any gowns.
We don't have a seamstress on staff at The Frock. We do keep a referral list of ladies that we use at the store on our website. Feel free to contact them regarding the work you need done and your schedule. Their contact information can be found by clicking Seamstress Contacts
Yes, we keep a registry of all the gowns that are purchased from us. We do our best to ensure only one of a Designer's style and color are sold to an event. We do allow a style to be sold in different colors and size combinations to an event, as long as the style and color combination hasn't been registered.
We offer layaway service to all of our in store purchases.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the purchase price of the dress must be given to put a gown into layaway. Layaway deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable to any other merchandise in the store. The gown must be picked up by the even date or the gown will return back to the sales floor and the deposit will be forfeited.
There is no additional fee to utilize our layaway service!
